243 credits per month can be redeemed across all three workspace zones — Creative (Zone 01), Innovate (Zone 02), and Communicate (Zone 03). Credits reset monthly and do not carry over. Meeting room bookings are credit-based; open workspace use draws from the same pool.
Yes, strictly. The cap exists to protect the quality of the room. When capacity is reached, we maintain a waitlist. Applications are processed in order of submission, so applying early matters.
Cancellations require 15 days' written notice before your next billing date. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full terms. We do not offer pauses on Foundry memberships given the 50-member cap.
Premium coworking sells desks with amenities. The Foundry is a curated founder ecosystem — deep focus workspace, mind-body studio, clean fuel, expert access, and a vetted peer community. The space is exceptional support for that core, not the product itself.
Foundry membership includes access to all SabeHub curated events — TFBC (Foundry Brunch Club), TFSC (Foundry Sports Club), and TFDM (Foundry Dinner Meeting) — at no additional cost. These are not available to standard workspace members.
